Well neither of those times are good for me to watch any of it. Why I was hoping they’d have home field and it would be late games. Although Saturday I was probably out of luck no matter what, as I have a family obligation I can’t change.

My friends and I got back to LA from San Francisco at 3:30 AM. Glad we were there for Vin Scully’s last day.

Heard Vin on the radio on MLB at bat at the game. Thank you to those that made that possible. At the end Vin thanking us and wishing us well brought me to tears.

Early times for the games. Hold my calls during those times.

Will Pepe Yniguez move to the radio en Español during the playoffs with Jaime Jarrin? I hope so. He does not deserve to be left out. He loves broadcasting the game. I love the enthusiasm he brings to the game.

Saturday’s game 4:00 PM ET will be tough for me because I have an afternoon dinner appointment at 1:30 pm, so I’ll be rushing home when that ends.

So sorry to see Vin sign off. In 1958 I was 6. My dad took me to my first Dodger game. After the game we went to get autographs. I met Vin ! the lights of the stadium were behind him, so his red hair looked like a halo around him. He bent down and asked how old I was. He said I have a son just about your age. Then he said ” Mike, always, always be a Dodger fan. And I have ever since. Great moment!
